Q: What is the price & payment schedule for camp?
Our pricing for retreats and events are based on length, availability, and time of year. Contact us today for specific prices for your needs. Payment schedules are given once the first deposit is received.
Safety is one of our primary concerns. For this reason, visitors are prohibited. Special exceptions may be granted by the office prior to a visit. Guests are required to check-in and check-out at the camp office. Some guests may be requested to remain with a staff escort while on camp property. Crowders Ridge Camp reserves the right to decline any visitation request. If a visitor knowingly fails to comply with any of the policies laid out by the camp, they will be asked to leave the premises. If necessary, local authorities will be contacted.
On the Rental Agreement, specific terms are given for when a group may cancel without fee or penalty. Cancellations give a large burden to our team and could cause other groups to not be able to experience camp. We thank groups in advance for their cooperation with our cancellation policies.
Q: What does the price include?
