Safety is one of our primary concerns. For this reason, while camp is in session, visitors are prohibited. Special exceptions may be granted by the office prior to a visit. Guests are required to check-in and check-out at the camp office. Some guests may be requested to remain with a staff escort while on camp property. Crowders Ridge Camp reserves the right to decline any visitation request. If a visitor knowingly fails to comply with any of the policies laid out by the camp, they will be asked to leave the premises. If necessary, local authorities will be contacted.
Q: Early Dismissal?
Groups will be under the leadership of their leader. Alone campers will only be able to leave by the written permission of their parent in person.
After March 25th all spots are final and must be paid.
Q: Pick up times/Depart
All camper and groups must depart by 10:00am on the last day of camp.
Q: Check-In times?
Check-in runs from 3–5pm on the first day of each camp. Please do not arrive earlier than 3:00pm.
Q: What does the price include?
The price includes all lodging, all meals, all sessions, programming and session materials.
Q: Handicap Accessible?
Crowders Ridge has a Handicap Accessible Cabin as well as Rooms and we will gladly reserve you one! Please let us know in advance.

Q: What to bring?
Students and kids need to bring towels, sunscreen, lake shoes to get wet, flip-flops, one-piece bathing suits, shorts, t-shirts, Bibles, Bed linens (or sleeping bags). Bath towels are NOT provided at the camp. Students may also want to bring extra spending money for snacks at the camp Store (t-shirts, CDs, etc.).
Q: Is there a dress code for camp?
There are always several questions about appropriate attire at camp as well as in the main session. We are aware that some youth pastors have different standards than others. The reason we have these parameters are so that the focus of camp will not be altered and so that we do not have to waste energy being dress code police. One piece bathing suits for swimming and summer clothing is fine.
Q: Are cell phones allowed? Internet?
Yes. Cell phones are allowed and we do have WIFI on the campus.
Q: Does Crowders Ridge provide rooms for bus drivers?
No. Rooms can be reserved for bus drivers at off campus hotels. No exceptions.
Q: What will the rooming situation be like?
Most cabins at Crowders Ridge will hold 10 people. Each one must have an adult leader. The Bunkhouse will hold 30 people.
Q: What is the Daily Schedule?
Q: How many meals are served?
Dinner on the first day of camp. Breakfast, lunch and Dinner on the full days. Breakfast on the last morning. Our camp store is full of great food for snacks. No outside food or drinks are allowed on the conference center property.
Q: What ages is camp for?
Kids camp are the ages 3rd-6th grades. 8 to 12 year olds.
Student camps are 6th – 12th grades. 12 to 18 year olds.
Q: Are small children of adults leaders allowed at camp?
Yes, small children of adult leaders are allowed at camp. The price will be the same as a camper.
Q: What is the leader ratio for groups attending?
Ratio for student and kids camps are 1:7.
