Steps for a successful and smooth registration upon arrival…
CR wants the registration process to go as smoothly, and quickly as possible so that the fun can begin! To achieve this, please follow all of the steps for this to be successful. Upon arrival, leaders will need to come to registration with the listed things below.
Step 1 – Download the Medical Release Form. You will need one for each student/leader, and put into a binder in alphabetical order, in plastic sleeves.
Step 2 – Your Credit Card Authorization form will need to be turned in 4 weeks before your camp date starts, but you will also need to have a copy upon arrival.
Step 3 – Safety is our top priority at Crowders Ridge. All parents who have a child with a food allergy will need to fill out the Food Allergy Form. If the child has an allergy not food related, the leader is responsible for keeping up with that. These forms will need to be turned in by the dates below.
Step 4 – Download the Housing Roster and turn in to firstname.lastname@example.org. The HR is separated by gender, in groups of ten. This form is due 4 weeks before your camp date starts.
Your final balance is due

Hello Group Leader!
The sole purpose of this page is to make your role, as a group leader, easier! We know that things can get crazy the closer camp gets, so we hope that this page will become a calming resource to answer questions that get thrown your way! If you have a question that can’t be answered from this page, chances are you are not the only one, so please ask and we will get that up for others to get the same answer!
All groups will be assigned a registration time. This is the time that you are to arrive to check-in. We will not check any groups in before 2:30pm.
During check-in only one leader will be needed to complete check-in. We will NOT check your group in if the final balance is not paid. Upon check-in, leader MUST have binder full of Medical Release Forms.
If your group does happen to arrive early, please park in the designated area and instruct your group to stay with the vehicle. Campers are NOT allowed to enter housing areas until your group has been checked in.
If your group is running behind, please contact our office, to notify the staff of your expected arrival time. If you have an individual traveling separate from the group who will be late, please provide the specific time and date of their arrival. One of our staff members will need to check them once they arrive.
Safety is one of our primary concerns. For this reason, visitors are strongly discouraged. Please communicate this policy to your camper’s parents, church members, etc.
If a camper needs to leave before camp is dismissed, his/her parent/guardian must provide written permission at least 24 hours prior to departure. Written permission can only be given by letter or email and should include the name of the camper, specific time and date of departure, reason for leaving and the person’s name who will be picking them up. If anyone other than a parent arrives to pick up a camper and the office has NOT received proper notification, we will not release the camper until we have obtained consent directly from the parent.
Outside Food & Drinks
We do not allow outside food and drinks to be brought onto the camp property. Bucks, our camp store, is fully stocked and loaded with a variety of snacks and drinks for purchase throughout your camp week. All items are reasonably priced and Bucks is open throughout the entire day until lights out.
